Congregations

As with our volunteers, area congregations play a key role in supporting the homeless here in Augusta and the surrounding areas. We have two types of congregations in our network, those that host families and those that provide extended support.

Three to four times per year, for one week at a time, Host Congregations provide overnight lodging, meals (supper, breakfast, and a brown-bag lunch) and hospitality. Housing rotates among the congregations in the Network.
